Aggregate analytics data has no persistent identifier attached and is not retained beyond Vercel's standard rolling retention window.

We use the following processors to operate the site:
- Vercel — hosting, deployment, and aggregate cookieless analytics (page views, Core Web Vitals)
- Sanity — content management (case studies, posts, team)
- Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their data practices.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Wagonboy Studio LLC provides web design, web development, brand strategy, digital marketing, and content production services. Specific service terms are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work signed between Wagonboy Studio and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, animations, and code — is the property of Wagonboy Studio LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Client work delivered under a project agreement is subject to the IP terms specified in that agreement.
4. Proposals and Project Agreements
Proposals provided by Wagonboy Studio are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Acceptance of a proposal constitutes agreement to the project scope and payment terms outlined therein. All project work begins upon receipt of the first payment milestone.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure is 33/33/34 (project kick-off, design approval, project launch) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Wagonboy Studio reserves the right to pause project work on accounts 14+ days past due.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wagonboy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
